1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is received in damaged condition.
  • The product received is defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or bill) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Minor variations in handcrafted products

3. Return Process

    • Order details
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the damaged/defective product
  2. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, etc.).

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items.
  • Replacement will be shipped subject to product availability.

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • In other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
